RETURN & REFUND

Cancellations:
Due to the personalized nature of majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on kunphel.customercare@gmail.com and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction ID, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalized nature of majority of the products we have a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us on kunphel.customercare@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-to-case basis.
In case we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Kolkata within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on www.kunphel.com
There will be no cash returns for COD orders. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on kunphel.customercare@gmail.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
