SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within India only and use reputable courier companies. Due to the personalized nature of most products, your order may take a maximum of a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration:
Each of the products sold on our website has a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the availability. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take 5-7 days to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
A shipping and handling charge of Rs 100 is levied for orders below Rs 999. For orders above Rs 999, shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
